Troy Richardson
Chief Executive Officer

Troy has a distinguished 22-year career in technology sales management and organizational leadership. Troy most recently served as the President of the Americas for Novell. As Vice President for the Americas for NCR, he headed up an $800MM division. During his 16-year tenure with IBM he held a number of executive roles including Vice President Sales for the enterprise software group. He holds a degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Steve Erdman
President

Steve has 22 years of technology sales, marketing and global business management experience. He was most recently with Novell as the Vice President/General Manager of Channels and Alliances, where he grew their partner business and oversaw the Novell Global Routes to Market strategy. Prior to Novell, Steve helped build Dell's Networking Business then led the Global Industrial Sales team. Previous to that, Steve was also at 3Com Corporation, first as Vice President of Channel Sales and Strategy, Americas, and then as VP of Sales, Marketing and Services for 3Com's Business Connectivity company. Steve started his professional career with IBM in 1987 and held various global and executive positions before becoming Vice President Sales and Marketing, in IBM's Consumer Division. Steve holds a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Philip Tickle
Senior Vice President Global Operations and Logistics

Phil brings 20+ years of Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations Management experience to Xiocom. Working across multiple industries including High Tech, Equipment Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Pulp & Paper; Phil has provided technology and operations expertise, and leadership to companies including Caterpillar, Georgia-Pacific, IBM, IKON Office Solutions, MCI, Pitney Bowes, Radiant Systems, Scientific-Atlanta, Shell Oil, and UPS. Phil holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, along with the Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and the Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech.
