Ms. Haynie has over 20 years of financial management experience with an extensive background in large international manufacturing companies. She has a wide range of experience in financial systems, SEC reporting, financial reporting, ERP system design, financial planning, treasury, internal control and human resources.
Ms. Haynie was Chief Financial Officer and Director of HR for RubberNetwork prior to joining Xiocom. Her focus in this role was on international finance and taxation. She was responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury and HR activities for US, Korea, Singapore, China, Japan and other Asia Pacific locations. RubberNetwork is the leading global sourcing and supply chain enterprise handling $1.6 billion of annual spending for the tire and rubber industry.
Prior to this, Ms. Haynie served as Controller of Wayne Farms LLC. In this role, she had significant influence on financial systems, standardization, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and change management throughout the finance organization. She directed a staff of 100+ professionals, with increased emphasis on financial analysis. She directed efforts to standardize accounting packages through a major financial systems implementation. She also assisted in $250 million debt refinancing. Wayne Farms LLC is the sixth largest vertically integrated poultry processor in the US with annual revenues in excess of $1.5 billion.
Earlier in her career Ms. Haynie held a variety of senior international financial roles with companies including Sterlite, Timberjack (a John Deere Company), PRG, Shaw Industries and Oxford Industries. Ms. Haynie earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting and Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Ms. Haynie is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Georgia.
